The challenge
Users were facing problems in understanding how to connect their smart devices with the app. Our challenge was to create a cohesive, elevated user experience across countries, products, and product features. There were device integrations of multiple disparate product lines involved. The Wiser app communicates with the smart devices installed at home.
What was the solution?
App was redesigned with respect to the parameters of SCALABILITY, VISUAL AESTHETICS, DEVICE CONTROL, MOMENTS FEATURE OF HOME AUTOMATION.
